Position Responsibilities: You will oversee the strategic sourcing and procurement of essential goods and services for operational efficiency, adhering to organizational and regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Review and validate all purchase requests to identify suitable vendors for price quotes and contract placements; assess all proposals and select appropriate suppliers.
  2. Ensure compliance with quality benchmarks, delivery timelines, and contractual obligations. Generate relevant documentation.
  3. Follow up on overdue purchase orders with the corresponding suppliers.
  4. Maintain relationships with vendors and manage supplier databases.
  5. Collaborate with the finance department to ensure the accuracy of pricing information.
  6. Authorized to act on behalf of the organization in procurement activities and has the authority to approve purchase contracts up to $5,000.
Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree and two (2) years of relevant experience. Equivalent experience may be accepted in lieu of formal education.
  • Strong mathematical skills.
  • A valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
