About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Warehouse and Terminal Supervisor to join our team at ENSTRUCTURE LLC. This exciting opportunity comes with a competitive salary of $95,000 - $120,000 per year. As a Warehouse and Terminal Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse and terminal facilities, including receiving, storing, and shipping cargo. Your duties will include supervising a team of associates, ensuring efficient workflows, and maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervise and train associates on warehouse and terminal operations
- Plan and execute daily work schedules to ensure efficient use of resources
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of performance, inventory control, and safety protocols
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role or as a stevedore
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
