Under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse, the LVN/LPN Psychiatric Nurse will demonstrate knowledge of EMTALA Regulations and triage process in the ER setting.
Responsibilities- Provide direct and indirect patient care services, including technical and manual skills, within the scope of practice.
- Meet the psychosocial, physical and general aspects of care, and meet the communication needs of the patient and family.
- Perform under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse.
- Demonstrate knowledge of EMTALA Regulations and triage process in the ER setting.
- Current and valid state license as a Licensed Vocational Nurse or Licensed Psychiatric Technician.
- Current BLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.
- Minimum one year experience in an applicable setting preferred.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $28.00 to $37.68.
