Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Tram Driver to join our team at Westminster Communities FL. As a Tram Driver, you will be responsible for transporting residents within our community and assisting with the delivery of packages and meals as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transport residents within the campus and assist with the delivery of packages and meals as needed.
  • Ensure safety and proper operations of the Trams; report potential problems to maintenance requirements to direct supervisor.
  • Responsible for maintaining the Trams in good working order and clean at all times.
  • Assist residents in safely boarding and getting off the Tram.
  • Transport residents throughout the community as requested.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Valid FL driver's license free of driving violations or offenses.
  • Valid CDL License with a Passenger Endorsement if driving any of the company buses or street-approved Trams on city/state roads carrying residents or passengers.
