Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and patient Caregiver Med Tech to join our team at New Perspective Senior Living LLC. As a Caregiver Med Tech, you will provide daily quality care, engaging activities, and enrichment programs to our residents, assisting them to Live Life on Purpose.

This is a perfect opportunity for individuals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others. You will have the chance to develop into a Med Passer, Lead Caregiver, or attain your CNA certification, with the support of our comprehensive training and education programs.

As a Caregiver Med Tech, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing daily personal and medical care routines according to individual care plans
  • Assisting with physical fitness, brain fitness, and social/spiritual enrichment activities
  • Observing residents and reporting to nursing any changes in physical, mental, and emotional condition
  • Recording proper medical and health documentation per established procedures
  • Ensuring proper cleaning and sanitation of equipment and living areas

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • No experience necessary - training will be provided
  • High school diploma or equivalency required
  • Ability to prioritize and organize work effectively and efficiently
  • Ability to read, write, speak & understand the English language
