Salary: $18-$20 per hour,

About the Role:
As a swim instructor at Goldfish Swim School, you will be responsible for teaching water safety skills and swimming techniques to students of all ages. You will work closely with your colleagues to ensure a smooth and enjoyable learning experience for our students.

Responsibilities:
  • Teach 4-6 students per class, following our well-established curriculum
  • Communicate progress and celebrate accomplishments with parents and caregivers
  • Prepare lesson plans and materials in advance, adapting to the needs of your students

Requirements:
  • Ability to swim; pass a basic swim test (50 yards) to complete training & certifications
  • 80-90% attendance rate, committing to missing no more than one class every 6 weeks
  • Ability to find and prepare substitute teachers when necessary
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays

Schedule:
Your schedule will be created based on your availability and our set lesson times from Monday to Friday: 4:00-8:00 PM, Saturday: 9:00 AM-2:00 PM, Sunday: 9:00 AM-4:00 PM.
