About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Bubblista Senior to join our team at Balance Grille Cleveland. As a Bubblista Senior, you will be responsible for overseeing the store level team members and ensuring they meet the performance expectations of Balance Pan-Asian Grille.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills and be able to manage employees effectively. Key duties include:

  • Managing employees, including clock in/clock out, attitudes, appearance, and delegation of tasks
  • Understanding and implementation of all Health Department policies
  • Communication with the Store FOH CL, Elite Ninja, Elite Advocate, and Elite Samurai
  • Manage food pars, portion size, temperature logs, Waste logs, and quality
