About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as the Director of Behavioral Health at Signet Health Corporation. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our psychiatric unit and leading program development with short-term and long-term goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all day-to-day operations of the psychiatric unit, ensuring compliance with hospital, state, federal, and licensing agency regulatory standards.
- Lead program development, establishing short-term and long-term goals to drive growth and improvement.
- Establish relationships with community leaders and service providers to promote the positive reputation of the program.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Valid Texas license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), LPC-A, Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
- At least 3 years of hospital-based psychiatric management experience.
- Understanding of and ability to operate under contract management arrangements.
- Marketing experience is a plus.
