Oncology Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Hematology/Oncology department as an Oncology Nurse Specialist. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the delivery of patient care.
As a key member of our interdisciplinary care team, you will collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients and their families. Your expertise in oncology nursing will enable you to educate patients and families about their diagnoses, treatments, and self-care strategies, while also promoting healthy behaviors and lifestyle choices.
This position comes with a competitive salary range of $93,000 - $120,000 per year, based on experience. To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, a minimum of one year of nursing experience, and current licensure in Massachusetts as a Registered Nurse. Basic computer knowledge and ability to communicate effectively are also required.
