Key Responsibilities:
  • Registration and Scheduling: Register patients, assign medical record numbers, and schedule appointments with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Customer Service: Provide exemplary customer service, answer incoming calls, and respond to patient inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Insurance and Billing: Process insurance information, submit claims, and obtain pre-certification and authorization numbers.
