We are seeking a skilled Ultrasound Technologist to join our team at Fusion Medical Staffing-Radiology. As a travel Ultrasound Sonographer, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our team.

Job Summary

This 13-week Ultrasound Sonographer travel assignment is an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals to gain new skills, explore new locations, and make a positive impact on patient care. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Responsibilities
  • Communicate and collaborate with physicians and other health team members to provide comprehensive patient care.
  • Administer medications as ordered and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Monitor and evaluate patients before, during, and post-procedure, reporting outcomes as necessary.
  • Share on-call responsibilities and respond to emergencies within 30 minutes.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to infection control protocols.
  • Transport patients as needed and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • One to three years of experience as a Sonographer.
  • Certifications may be required for this position.
  • Critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to read and comprehend written instructions, follow verbal instructions, and use a computer.
