Bicycle Rental Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Bicycle Rental Assistant at Solaris Enterprises. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth rental experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receiving and processing bookings and rental contracts
• Assisting with bike maintenance and repairs
• Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our guests
• Working collaboratively with our team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of German and English
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
