Role Overview:
As a Laboratory Technician, you will collaborate with a dedicated team responsible for quality assurance, production, and manufacturing processes. Utilize your expertise in the Vision Care sector to ensure the delivery of high-quality products that benefit millions worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct product qualifications and inspections to verify adherence to CZV specifications and standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation, both written and digital.
- Ensure a clean and safe working environment.
- Operate within designated areas and may receive cross-training for additional roles.
- Adapt to various workstations or product lines based on production requirements.
- Engage in meetings to improve departmental communication and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 0-2 years of relevant experience
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
- Capacity to perform repetitive movements with both upper and lower limbs
- Requires sustained visual concentration and good hand/eye/foot coordination
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking production environment
- Strong attention to detail and symmetry
- Proficient dexterity and mechanical skills
