Job Summary

The Speech Language Pathologist - PRN will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and be licensed to practice in the state of employment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients to determine the need for speech, language, or swallowing therapy
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Provide results of evaluations and treatment objectives to caregivers, family members, and patients
  • Complete all documentation as required by the fiscal intermediary
  • Monitor patient progress and alter treatment plans as necessary
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited college or university
  • Licensure to practice in the state of employment
  • Previous experience in long-term care preferred
