Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Nursing Assistant to join our team at St. Teresa Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Manchester, NH. This per diem opportunity offers flexible scheduling and a chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care to residents, including personal care and support with daily activities
  • Participate in and receive report from the licensed nurse at the beginning and end of assigned shifts
  • Maintain awareness of care plans daily to ensure the provision of appropriate care
  • Observe residents during assigned shifts to ensure all personal care needs are being met
  • Treat residents with kindness and dignity while respecting their rights and privacy at all times
Requirements
  • Must be at least 17 and a half years old
  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be licensed with the New Hampshire State Board of Nursing
Benefits
  • Hourly Wage Range: $19.25 to $22.77 per hour, depending on years of experience
  • Shift Differential: Additional pay on top of the hourly rate for working weekend shifts
  • Professional Development Opportunities: Full-tuition scholarship opportunities for LNAs to advance to LPN or RN roles
