Job Description:
The Hospital Liaison plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth transition of patients from hospitals to Comfort Creek Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include managing the admission process, coordinating with the clinical team, developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, and promoting the benefits of our facility's products and services.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • High School diploma required.
  • 1 year of relevant experience preferred, including admissions and marketing roles.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills essential.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities required.
  • Able to work well with an interdisciplinary team.
