Flexographic Press Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Press Operator to fill a critical role in our team. This position offers a competitive pay range and a 5% shift differential for 2nd shift. The work schedule includes rotating shifts: 1st shift (6am-6pm) and 2nd shift (6pm-6am). Under the supervision and direction of the Department Manager, the Press Operator will be responsible for ensuring all essential functions are performed satisfactorily.

• Read and follow daily press schedule
• Accurately record activities on documentation and log books
• Set up and record run condition reports
• Properly and safely use all necessary tools
• Understand customer orders and artwork
• Track setup, downtime, and run time using Axapta or shop floor
• Scan and process materials on and off the machine
• Monitor print quality using the auto defect detection system (AVT SYSTEM)
• Dispose of defects properly
• Report mechanical issues
