Dietitian

Columbine Manor Care Ctr is seeking a skilled Registered Dietitian to join our team. As a Registered Dietitian, you will be responsible for planning modified diets for patients, providing oversight for the food services department, and conducting nutritional assessments. • Consult with patients and families to determine nutritional needs and goals
• Plan and implement modified diets for patients as requested by attending physicians
• Conduct nutritional assessments and provide recommendations for patients
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Ensure that food services meet quality standards and are safe for consumption

• Bachelor's degree in dietetics or a related field
• Current registration by the Commission on Dietetic Registration
• Experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a post-acute care facility
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
