Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Physician Contracting and Provider Services to join our team at Trinity Health. This is a key leadership role that requires a strong understanding of healthcare provider contracting and compensation models.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, assess, and administer all Trinity Health provider compensation models, including primary care and specialty providers.
  • Design and implement new compensation programs, as well as compensation models needed for mergers and acquisitions activity.
  • Lead the implementation of compensation programs for new practices via mergers and acquisitions activity.
  • Manage the timely, accurate, and complete preparation of all physician and APP compensation for the organization.
  • Partner with the Office of General Counsel and Trinity Health Administration to determine standardized items in employment contracts.
  • Negotiate with physicians on contract renewals and receives approval and implements the renewed agreements.
Requirements
  • BA/BS with emphasis in Business, Finance, or Health Care Management. MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of ten years of experience in contract administration and compensation modeling.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry with physician contracting and compensation modeling.
  • In-depth understanding of regulatory requirements related to provider contracting.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills and experience.
  • Minimum of five years of leadership experience as a director or above.
