Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

About the Role

The Baptist Student Ministry (BSM) Director is responsible for overseeing the overall ministry on campus, working closely with local churches and students to develop a comprehensive outreach program.

  • Develop and implement evangelism strategies to engage students in sharing the Gospel.
  • Coordinate discipleship initiatives to equip students for leadership and spiritual growth.
  • Lead missions programs to involve students in local and international service projects.
  • Build relationships with local church leaders to promote student involvement and church support.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Masters degree from an accredited seminary, preferably Baptist-affiliated.
  • Active membership in a church supportive of the BGCT and local BSM ministry.
  • Strong commitment to Christian principles and teachings, with knowledge of traditional Baptist distinctives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to relate positively to diverse groups.
