Datacenter Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Datacenter Technician to join our team. As a Datacenter Technician, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware and software systems in our datacenter.
Key Responsibilities- Install and configure computer hardware and software systems
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure system uptime and performance
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless system operation
- Document and report technical issues and resolutions
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, servers, and components
- 6 months of experience supporting IT equipment or related technology
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent
- Ability to work one of the following shifts:
- Thu through Sat and every other Wed (~7pm-7am)
- Thu through Sat and every other Wed (~7am-7pm)
- Shift-Sun through Tue and every other Wed (~7am-7pm)
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $22/hour, with benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
