Pizza Operations Manager Wanted

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Pizza Operations Manager to join our team at Toppers Pizza. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our pizza restaurants, ensuring that every guest leaves with a satisfied belly and a smile.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of our pizza restaurants, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
  • Nurture and guide our hourly team members to achieve sales and profit goals while upholding the highest standards of quality in food, service, and cleanliness.
  • Build sales and manage costs to ensure the profitability of our restaurants.
  • Pass a management-level food safety and sanitation exam to secure your spot in the pizza hall of fame.

Requirements:
