Marshall Health Network is seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Nuclear Medicine Technologist to perform a variety of technical procedures in the application of radionuclides for the diagnosis and treatment of disease in patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform duties directly involved with technical procedures in the application of radionuclides for the diagnosis and treatment of disease in patients.
  • Supervise technologist and ancillary personnel assigned.
  • Use a variety of radiation detection, measuring and recording devices and mechanical accessories.
  • Use a variety of radiation shielding materials and devices.
  • Use a variety of computers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree preferred.
  • Graduate of an approved JRCERT program for Radiologic Technology and/or Nuclear Medicine.
  • Holder of a valid and current registration by American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) or certification by the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB).
  • Licensed as required by the West Virginia State Board of Radiology.
  • Previous work experience in clinical nuclear medicine desired.
