Cottage Grove Community Medical Center and Clinics, part of the PeaceHealth Oregon West Network, is seeking a full-time Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join our outpatient Geriatric clinic. This is an excellent opportunity to provide high-quality care to seniors in a state-of-the-art facility.
About the Position- As a team player, you will have access to multiple resources, including system-wide Epic EMR, rehab therapy, on-site lab, anticoagulation clinic, and an all-digital imaging department.
- You will have the opportunity to teach 3rd and 4th-year medical student clerkships and develop your own area of clinical focus or interest within a primary care practice.

- A strong local behavioral health clinic is nearby to support your patients' needs.
Cottage Grove Community Medical Center and Clinics is a financially strong Critical Access Hospital and Clinic with 14 medical beds and a 24-hour Emergency department. The clinic and hospital are in the same building, simplifying rounding.

Benefits- Guaranteed first-year income: $271,928-$284,378 depending on the specialty
