Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough patient assessments, prioritizing data collection based on patient condition and needs.
- Develop and update individualized plans of care, collaborating with other healthcare team members to ensure seamless patient care.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Provide education and support to patients and families, promoting autonomy and dignity.
- Supervise and delegate tasks to other healthcare team members, ensuring effective and efficient patient care.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license or temporary permit from the State of Nebraska.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within one month of hire.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within one year of hire.
- Preference given to RNs with CVOR experience.
