Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and diagnose issues with biomedical equipment, implementing repairs and performing planned maintenance as needed.
  • Develop and maintain effective customer relationships, ensuring timely resolution of issues and excellent service delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external customers to provide solutions-based service, leveraging your analytical and communication skills to resolve technical issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry standards, codes, and procedures, ensuring compliance with GE Healthcare's quality management system.
Requirements
  • AS, BS, MS degree, military education, or certificate program in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience in servicing electronic, IT, or mechanical equipment, with a strong understanding of diagnostic imaging or electronic equipment.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience interpreting schematic diagrams and performing effective repair and maintenance on biomedical or electronic equipment.
  • Ability to develop and maintain good customer relations, with strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Experience interfacing with internal teams and external customers, with a focus on solution-based service delivery.
