Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine and special laboratory procedures, ensuring the accuracy of test results, and maintaining laboratory equipment. This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities
  • Perform laboratory tests and procedures to support patient care and diagnosis
  • Ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results
  • Maintain laboratory equipment and perform minor repairs
  • Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field
  • Current knowledge of clinical laboratory techniques and principles
  • ASCP certification or equivalent required; maintenance of certification without lapse during employment
  • Previous laboratory experience preferred
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000-$65,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
