At PEG Hospitality Group, we're committed to providing exceptional culinary experiences for our guests. As a Line Cook, you'll play a vital role in creating memorable moments through preparation, cooking, and presentation of our dishes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of menu items to meet guest expectations.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
• Adhere to all sanitation regulations and requirements, ensuring the highest standards of food safety.
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, and equipment.

Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems.
• High school education or diploma in culinary arts.

Qualifications:

One to five years of experience in a high-volume kitchen or full-service hotel is highly desirable.
