Responsibilities
* Lead and direct the clinical operations of our nursing units, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
* Collaborate with our Director of Nursing to develop and implement effective care delivery models and processes.
* Recruit, train, and mentor staff to ensure adequate staffing levels and promote professional growth and development.
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote safe and effective patient care.
Requirements
* A graduate of an accredited school of nursing with current registered nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
* A minimum of three years full-time or equivalent clinical experience, with a minimum of two years in a management/administrative or supervisory capacity in long-term care nursing.
* BSN preferred and current BLS/CPR certification required.
