We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team as an Acute Care Specialist. This role requires strong communication skills, ability to work independently, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

As an LPN at LCMC Health, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients, from those with cardiac, medical, surgical, and post-critical care needs. Your expertise will be essential in providing routine, standardized care that yields predictable outcomes.

This position involves working closely with interdisciplinary teams to identify actions that can improve patient care. You will also be responsible for delegating tasks safely and appropriately to other team members, ensuring that direct patient care activities are accomplished effectively.
