Job Summary
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for our correctional facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing and providing necessary nursing care in accordance with applicable policies, procedures, regulations, and program requirements. The RN will work collaboratively with the health care team to ensure the delivery of appropriate and timely healthcare to patients.
Responsibilities
The RN will be responsible for:
- Providing direct patient care in accordance with established protocols and standards;
- Collaborating with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care and services;
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records;
- Communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff;
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and services.
Requirements
To be eligible for this position, candidates must possess a current license as a Registered Nurse in California. A background investigation process utilizing Live Scan Fingerprinting and Tuberculosis testing will also be required prior to appointment.
Salary Information
The estimated annual salary for this position is $ $113,288, based on the level of experience and education required. This amount is subject to change and may vary depending on individual circumstances.
