Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Event Staff member to join our team at Allied Universal® Event Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of events at various venues, including sports stadiums, concerts, festivals, and convention centers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in event day preparation and execution, ensuring a seamless experience for guests.
  • Collect and scan tickets, verify wristbands and badges, and direct traffic coming in and out of the venue.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, greeting guests with a smile and offering helpful directions and suggestions to enhance their entertainment experience.
  • Work collaboratively with the event team to ensure the cleanliness, operational efficiency, and maintenance of designated areas.

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to work overtime as needed.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
