About the Role
We are looking for an experienced professional with 3-5 years of experience in operating backhoes, excavators, and underground utilities. You should have a valid driver's license with a clean record, ability to pass pre-employment and random drug screening, and willingness to travel out of town when needed.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead crews with clear communication skills
* Operate construction equipment and work vehicles safely
* Ensure quality of work and maintain assigned equipment
* Adhere to company and DOT Safety Policies

Requirements
* 3-5 years of experience in operating backhoes, excavators, and underground utilities
