Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled CRNA to join our team of dedicated professionals. The ideal candidate will have excellent clinical skills, a commitment to patient safety, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment. As a CRNA, you will be responsible for implementing accurate, safe, and patient-centric anesthetic care, ensuring that patients receive the highest level of care possible.
Responsibilities
1. **Clinical Care**: Implement accurate, safe, and patient-centric anesthetic care for various medical and surgical procedures.
2. **Professional Skill**: Understand physiologic implications and anesthetic considerations of surgical procedures, constantly monitoring vital signs, capnography, and pulse oximetry during anesthesia according to ASA guidelines.
3. **Information Management**: Ensure appropriate documentation within hospital and regulatory requirements, protecting information from unauthorized access modification, destruction, or intentional or accidental disclosure.
4. **Quality Management**: Demonstrate a high standard of moral and ethical behavior, professionalism, compassion, and commitment to patient care.
5. **Professional Development**: Continuously engage in projects that maintain and advance professional competency.
Qualifications
To be eligible for this position, you must possess a completion of Certified Nurse Anesthetist Training Program, graduate of a Nurse Anesthesia Educational Program accredited by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Programs, and current State of Connecticut Nursing License, Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) licensure in the State of Connecticut.
