Job Title: Travel Nurse Educator

Tact Staff is seeking a highly skilled Travel Nurse Educator to join our team. As a Travel Nurse Educator, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging environment, providing education and training to nursing staff in a variety of settings.

Job Summary:

The Travel Nurse Educator will be responsible for developing and implementing educational programs for nursing staff, as well as providing one-on-one coaching and mentoring. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of patients and staff, while also advancing your own career.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement educational programs for nursing staff
  • Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to nursing staff
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement evidence-based practice
  • Conduct needs assessments and develop educational plans to address identified gaps
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing
  • Current, valid RN license in any state of the United States
  • At least 3 years of acute care nursing experience
  • At least 1 year of experience in clinical education and staff professional development
  • ANCC Nursing Professional Development (NPD) specialty certification
