Job Summary

Walters Wholesale Electric Company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Lighting Quotations Coordinator to join our team. As a Lighting Quotations Coordinator, you will work closely with the quotes team, sales team, and vendors to create accurate and timely lighting quotes for our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Extract lighting fixture and lighting control schedules from construction drawings and documents
  • Send information to lighting factories and reps for pricing
  • Provide all necessary documents to the quotations team to generate lighting quotes
  • Create projects in Oasis and maintain accurate records
  • Support the efforts of the outside sales team and lighting quotations team
  • Engage with customers and manufacture reps on project information
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager
Requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter with initiative
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Experience with electrical drawings is a plus
