Job Title: CNA Instructor

Human Learning Systems is seeking a qualified CNA Instructor to join our team.

Job Summary:

The CNA Instructor is responsible for providing students with industry-recognized instruction, certification, and training, leading to full-time jobs, higher education, or advanced training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and prepare lessons to meet the needs of all students.
  • Recommend curriculum changes and supplemental materials to enhance student learning.
  • Control the use of equipment and supplies, making minor repairs and recommending purchases as needed.
  • Work with the disability accommodation team to review accommodations and make recommendations for changes or modifications.
  • Adapt and differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all students.
  • Ensure the classroom is well organized and conducive to student learning, while holding students accountable for following dress code/behavioral standards of conduct.
  • Follow curriculum guidelines, organize the program of practical and technical instruction, including demonstrations of skills required in the trade.

Requirements:

  • North Dakota Registered Nursing (RN) Credential Required.
  • Minimum of two years nursing experience, at least one year of which must be in the provision of long-term care facility services and have experience supervising nurse aides.
