Career Opportunities

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician II to join our team at our Burley, Idaho facility. This role will involve performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting equipment issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient production operations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive maintenance activities on plant equipment, including diagnosing, repairing, and rebuilding mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Collaborate with production teams to respond to breakdowns and resolve equipment issues in a timely manner.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in multiple trades, including mechanical and electrical repair.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced production environment, prioritizing tasks to meet production schedules and safety standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in industrial machinery repair and maintenance.
  • Technical degree in mechanical or electrical trades (plus)
  • Authorized to work in the US.
  • Experience in corrugated packaging or printing industry (plus).

Benefits and Compensation

We offer a competitive salary range of $28.62-$40.17 per hour, based on skills and experience. Additionally, benefits include:

  • Hourly pay

  • 1.5 pay over 8 hours and 40 hours
  • 1.5 pay on Saturdays and Sundays
  • 1.5 pay on holidays + additional OT over 8 hours on holidays

  • PCA provides paid training to help technicians advance through skill levels and achieve higher pay.
  • Technicians supply their own basic hand tools; PCA provides tool stipend (or replacement) to help maintain basic hand tools.
  • PCA provides all special and heavy tools.
  • PCA provides safety shoes and safety glasses stipends.
  • PCA provides uniforms for maintenance technicians.
