Job Title: Rolex Timepiece Technician

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year.

About the Role:

Fink's Jewelers is seeking an experienced Rolex Certified Watchmaker to join our team at our North Hills location in Raleigh, NC. The ideal candidate will have prior watchmaking experience and a strong understanding of delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform diagnostics and servicing on both mechanical and quartz timepieces.
  • Complete service of most Rolex models/calibers.
  • Test timepieces for accuracy and performance within Rolex tolerances.
  • Ensure repair work meets or exceeds brand quality standards.
  • Record and keep track of serial/model numbers, and work performed.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Certified Rolex Watchmaker.
  • Detailed-oriented with a mechanical aptitude.
  • Preferred 2 to 3 years of work experience in the craft or relevant certifications.
  • Watchmaker with WOSTEP, SAWTA, CW21 certification.
