Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Hawkins County Memorial Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to assigned patients, including assessments, interventions, and evaluations.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
  • Document patient information accurately and thoroughly in the electronic medical record.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree or diploma in Nursing from an accredited program.
  • Valid and active RN licensure from the state of Tennessee.
  • AHA BLS certification.
  • ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications as required by the area.
Work Environment

This is a variable shift position with no travel required. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork skills.
