As a Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in the success of our retail stores, working under the general guidance of the Store Manager. Your primary duties will include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Revenue Generation: Achieve sales revenue objectives as outlined in the store's budget.
  • Staff Training and Development: Train staff to successfully comply with all production goals, merchandise standards, customer service expectations, and mission integration.
  • Leadership and Management: Demonstrate business acumen, interpersonal skills, and leadership necessary to meet performance standards for the store.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure efficient store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred.
  • Experience: Two years of retail sales experience required, one year of experience in a management/supervisory capacity required.
  • Skills: Ability to learn point of sale and donation systems, office computer, and telephone skills; ability to work in stressful conditions and use good judgment, patience, and understanding.
