Dispensary Sales Ambassador

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and passionate about the cannabis industry? We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Dispensary Sales Associate to join our team at STIIIZY.

The Dispensary Sales Associate will be responsible for creating intentional customer experiences by building authentic relationships with our customers. This role requires a strong understanding of cannabis products, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Provide exceptional customer service and create personalized shopping experiences for customers.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of cannabis products, including their effects, benefits, and usage.
• Work collaboratively with the management team to achieve sales goals and business metrics.
• Market daily deals and promotions to drive customer engagement and sales.
• Process online orders in a timely manner and ensure seamless customer interactions.
• Administer exceptional care and service to patrons, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• At least 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• Partnered with United Food and Commercial Workers International Union (UFCW) for better wages, protection, and benefits.
