With a strong background in human resources, payroll management, and safety practices, you will be responsible for coordinating recruitment, benefits administration, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • HR Operations:
    • Serve as the primary contact for employee inquiries and requests.
    • Manage new hire and termination processes, including background checks and onboarding.
    • Complete and verify I-9 forms, maintaining accurate records.
  • Safety Coordination:
    • Coordinate and track safety training programs, maintaining employee training records.
    • Process injury reports and assist in incident investigations.
    • Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Payroll Management:
    • Oversee and process bi-weekly payroll, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
    • Review and reconcile timesheet data, addressing discrepancies with staff.
    • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity in the payroll system.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, 2+ years of experience in payroll management and related processes, and proficiency in software such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and QuickBooks. They should also possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and time management abilities.
