We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the finance and controlling function at Apex Dynamics, a leading provider of innovative solutions for the energy sector. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving strategic and organizational development, as well as continuous optimization of processes and systems in finance and controlling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the governance function for finance and controlling, ensuring the proper preparation of the balance sheet, financial and payroll accounting, and timely and complete internal and external reporting.
• Lead the finance and controlling department, focusing on success-oriented leadership and efficient collaboration with interfaces.
• Act as a sparring partner for your team, working with relevant stakeholders to drive digitalization and process improvements.
• Steer the contribution of finance and controlling towards achieving company goals, with budget responsibility and a focus on driving business growth.
