Job Summary

Select Medical is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in a dynamic and energetic environment. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients regain their independence and improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and cognitive abilities to develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Implement evidence-based interventions to improve patients' functional abilities and promote independence.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Document patient progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.
  • Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification.
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week with occasional late or early shifts to accommodate patients.
