Chemistry Teacher

We are seeking a highly qualified Chemistry Teacher to join our team at Olathe North High School. The successful candidate will be responsible for instructing students in Chemistry, with a focus on creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

• Instruct students in Chemistry, including students with educational risk factors and special needs
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum
• Supervise and evaluate students in the classroom

• Kansas teaching license with secondary certification and Chemistry 9-12 endorsement
• Experience working with students with special needs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to differentiate instruction for diverse learning needs
