Salary: $3,000 Sign On Bonus + Competitive Salary

Job Description:

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will visit patients in their homes and provide nursing care under the direction of Registered Nurses (RNs) and in compliance with physicians' orders. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of employment
  • Valid state driver's license
  • Ability to drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions
  • Dependable transportation kept in good working condition
  • Automobile liability insurance
