Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Radiology Services Manager to join our team at Emory Healthcare. As a key member of our radiology department, you will be responsible for managing and developing a team of radiology staff, including technologists, nurses, and support staff.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospital radiology services, with at least two years of supervisory experience. They will be responsible for establishing, revising, and communicating policies, procedures, and related forms to ensure compliance with regulatory, licensing, and accreditation standards.

Additionally, the successful candidate will collaborate with the imaging modality director and other stakeholders to identify opportunities for workflow optimization, process improvement, and the implementation of best practices to enhance operational efficiency and patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a team of radiology staff
  • Establish and communicate policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize workflow and improve patient experience
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Five years of experience in hospital radiology services, including two years of supervisory experience
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification in accordance with the American Heart Association required
