We are seeking a skilled LPN LVN to join our team at Providence Health & Services. As a Practical Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and documenting patient information.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing interventions as needed.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited school of Practical Nursing.
- Current Washington Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure.
- 1 year of experience in a clinic setting.
- National Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
