Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Shuttle Driver to join our team at St. Luke's Hospital. As a Shuttle Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting residents of The Village of Hope to daily appointments and/or activities.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Safely operate a motor vehicle along a prescribed route to take residents to and from daily appointments and/or activities.
  • Assist all passengers entering and exiting the shuttle vehicle at all times.
  • Maintain the proper operating condition of the shuttle vehicle.
  • Maintain the interior and exterior vehicle to ensure cleanliness.
Physical and Sensory Requirements

This role requires sitting for up to twelve (12) hours per day, five (5) hours at a time; entering and exiting the shuttle vehicle up to 20 times per hour; assisting passengers entering and exiting the vehicle; vision as required to operate a motor vehicle; and hearing as required to operate a motor vehicle.

Education and Training
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Patient care experience preferred.
Work Schedule

This role requires a flexible schedule, including Friday from 12:00 pm to 10:00 pm, Saturday from 10:00 am to 3:30 pm, and Sunday from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.
